Lexington Tree Pros is a referral service. This policy explains what information we collect when you call us or send our form, what we do with it, and what we never do with it.
We use your information for one purpose: answering your request for a tree service contractor referral. That means sharing your contact details and a summary of your concern with one or more local tree service contractors who serve your area, so they can contact you to schedule an evaluation. We also use call recordings and form records to operate the service, resolve disputes about what was requested, and keep our own books.
The contractor partner who receives your request is an independent business, not our agent or employee. Once they have your information, their handling of it is governed by their own practices, and any work they do for you is under a contract between you and them. Service providers who run our phone line, call recording, and website hosting process information on our behalf only to operate those systems.
We keep request records for as long as needed to operate the service and meet legal and bookkeeping duties, then delete or archive them. If you want to know what information we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it and stop sharing it, call (859) 903-7592 and say so. If a contractor partner already received your request before you contact us, we will tell you who received it so you can reach them directly as well.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page. Material changes to how information is shared will not apply to requests already submitted.
